Long Meadow is set in its own attractive gardens and secluded from the towns southern suburbs by mature trees.  The Home offers residential and nursing care on both long and short term convalescence in a selection of 50 rooms with a choice of single, en-suite or companion occupancy.  We are one mile from the city centre on the main bus route making town very accessible.

All food is prepared on the premises by our in house chef.  We have varied menus of attractive meals using only high quality local produce and fresh vegetables.  ministers from all the local churches make regular visits and communion is held once a month.

Home is our Care Managers key word to all her staff and everyone is guaranteed immediate attention at all times.

Activities are held three times a week in one of our spacious lounges or, weather permitting, in the garden.  We also have a passenger lift and chair lift
